Launch your first Workflows project

Launch your first Workflows project

Want to put your first process into production? Follow these steps to go from the design to workflows running on your locations.

1️⃣ Design the process on paper

Before the diagram, map the tasks, their order, who does each one, and what each step delivers. It's the part that most defines the result.

2️⃣ Create the template

Build a template with the tasks for each stage. Set its workspaces, default location, and default project, and create the named assignments before the tasks.

3️⃣ Test with a workflow from the draft

Create a test workflow from the draft version, walk the whole flow, and adjust what's needed. Only once it works, confirm the version.

4️⃣ Create the technical locations

Generate the sites, network elements, or clients you'll relate to each job.

5️⃣ Create the workflows

For each job, create a workflow related to its technical location.

6️⃣ Advance your team's tasks

Open the assigned-tasks panel, complete their requirements, or reassign as needed.

7️⃣ Manage everything from the Workflows report

Open Reports → Workflows and filter by status, project, or date.
Regularly review workflow status to spot bottlenecks and optimize processes.
