Materials on Sytex desktop
From Sytex desktop it's possible to use the entire features available for this module.
Ideally material operation templates, virtual warehouses, shipments and the entire massive load of materials should be handled from Sytex web, then on mobile app each user or technician may edit a material operation.
Stock assignment and movement:
In either case, materials could go to or from a virtual warehouse, company Staff, Technician, Network Element or Site.
With all these options and the ability to customize the step by step from a movement, Styex will allow you to deploy installation, desinstallations or maintenance projects without losing the logistics control.
Stock reports:
There are several ways to obtain an updated stock report, for quantities, type and materials location.
You can check the stock from a material itself, in Stock tab, you'll be able to see the different locations for all items from this type that exists on the system.
In a same way, it's possible search stock in a Supplier, Technician or Staff, also in Network Elements or Site; in any of them you will find the Stock tab to check which materials have on it's possession.
If you wanna search within virtual warehuose , you could achieve this by searching in stock tab also.
Always exist the chance to download an Excel sheet with the detail shown in your Sytex screen.
To finish, it's possible connect to the data base and from there make custom reports with average consumptions, recurrent movements, etc.
All these reports for materials stock are updated at any moment, no matter when you make the search.
