The Sites are responsible for granting each project the characteristic of being georeferenced.
To create or search for an existing site, we must go to the Location functionality in the left panel of the screen: Sites.

When entering the tab we will have two possibilities:
Search for an existing site.
Create a new site.
There is also the possibility of creating Sites in a more direct and faster way:
Selecting the + sign displays a menu where you will first find the "Site" option
Window to create a site: Name, Latitude and Longitude are required fields. Don't forget to check "Open after creation"
Network Elements (EdR)
A network element is an entity on which we'll assign an object in Sytex (forms, tasks, workflows, etc.). It can be a technical location, a place, or even something intangible. In short, Network Elements in Sytex are the way in which you can customize and organize the work network of your company or team.
The NEs facilitate the identification of objects and their interrelationships with other Sytex components, be they tasks, forms or WBS, thus allowing us to rank our system and create entities within it.
Forms of creation
There are three ways to create an EdR:
1.From the toolbar on the left side of the screen we enter the network module and when the interface is displayed, we select 'Network Elements'. A search tab will open where we can search for the network elements already created. To start one from scratch, we will have to press the '+' button located in the lower right margin.

2.If you're looking to add an EoR easily, go to the shortcut to creating a network element. To do this, you can go to the options bar on the top right, click the 'Add element' button symbolized by a '+' sign and choose the 'Network element' option. A tab will expand to create your SoR by following the steps above in path number 1.

Window to create a Network Element: Latitude and Longitude are optional fields. Name and type, required. Don't forget to check "Open after creation"
3.It is also possible to create the EdRs and their coordinates on the spot using the Sytex importer. The task is very simple, you just have to pay attention to the type of notation that the tool requests to create the coordinates. It is important to keep in mind that the minimum and mandatory data to create an EdR are the code and the type.

Coordinate Notation
To put a notation on our EdR we must separate latitude and longitude with "," , when there are coordinates of several points with the separation is as follows ";".
