Sytex desktop tour

Sytex is focused on geo-referenced tasks and repetitive processes. Each collaborator updates their assignments, contributing to the general information of the team. The tool allows you to track projects, contractors, Stoppers, Checklist and documentation. Next we take a tour of the different components!



Main screen

Among other functions, the widgets stand out, which give us a general view of the elements that we have pending or in progress. The widgets are divided into different tabs:

  • My activities: quick and simple information about your forms, tasks and workflows and their related objects such as Stoppers and required documents to add.

  • Materials: concentrates widgets related to Materials Operation, Complete Shipments and Security Stock.

  • Accounting: allows you to view information about the accounting module. There are summaries of quotes, purchase orders, sales orders, among others.

  • Summary: Widgets that contain report-style information, such as Ranking of completed tasks, accounting graph and billing summary.



Personalize your information

Did you know that you can customize your home screen? From the settings cog on the far right of the widget screen, you'll find the screen to customize your tabs.
From there you can configure your tabs, removing or adding widgets.
You can also add tabs from "Add tab" and from "Widgets" choose the one you want.



Modules

On the left of the screen you will find the different modules:

  • Activities: allows access to Tasks, Forms, Workflows, Stoppers, Complete Shipments, Material Operation, Chat Panel, Projects.

  • Locations: the elements related to geographical locations are grouped under this tab: Sites, Network Elements, Clients, Engineering and Engineering Forms.

  • Accounting: allows you to work with all the elements related to project accounting: Budgets, Quotes, Purchase and Sales Orders, Receptions, Invoices, etc.

  • Reports: useful summary that can be filtered and updated in real time from different system modules: Forms, Workflows, Accounting, Material Stock, Licenses, Equipment monitoring reports and Chat events.

  • Configuration: In this module you will be able to find other options that you did not find in the previous modules, such as Materials, Virtual Deposits, Personnel, Suppliers, among others.

  • You will also have access to settings for different elements, such as Templates, Site Types, Task Limits, and more.


  • Other options: By clicking on your profile picture, in the lower left section of the screen, you can access your profile, change language, change password, change organization and log out.

Remember: The view of modules and elements are subject to permissions. If you need to manage your permissions, you can do so by contacting support by mail or WhatsApp.


Other features and functionalities

In the upper right corner you will find other functions that will help you in your day to day.
In the magnifying glass, you can enter item codes, user names or tasks, for example, to search in a general way.
However, you can also search from the section related to the element, for example, to search for a task you must go to Activities > Tasks > enter the code or filter.


Next to the search engine, you will find a + sign, where you can create new elements, such as Sites, Tasks, Workflows, among others.

You will also find the Import Tool, a very useful tool for working with massive amounts of data.
