Additional fields add key information to the workflow to help decide on its tasks. Users fill them in, and they show on the Data tab.

How to configure them
Required:Name (identifies the field) and Type (the expected data format).

Optional:Category (groups fields by function) and Order (the sequence they appear in).

Advanced options
Each field can be toggled on or off with triggers. Additionally:
Required: the user must fill it in to finish the workflow.
Send to site, network element, or client: syncs the answer with the workflow's technical location (one-way sync).
Keep synced with the parent task: if several workflows sit within the same task, fields sharing name and type can be filled on the parent task, and their answer is reflected in each associated workflow.
