Tracking Users

In this tutorial, we will learn how to track users in Sytex.
The tracking will be done through geolocation and will allow you to see the route taken by each user during the established hours. Let's get started!

Configuration

Step 1: Create a team

In Sytex, the first thing you need to do is create a team. To do this, go to the corresponding section, choose a team name, and select the save button.

Step 2: Add tracking items

Once you have created the work team, go to the items section. Here you can add the days and working hours you want to track for each user. Specify the time intervals in which you want to track.

Step 3: Add users and send follow-up requests

From the users section, add the people you want to track. These users will be team members and will be subject to tracking.

You will find a button that resembles a paper airplane. Click on it to send follow-up requests to the users you added to the team. These requests will be sent through the Sytex mobile application.

Step 4: Accept tracking from the mobile application

Once users receive tracking requests on their mobile devices, they must accept them. Make sure they have the application set up to allow geolocation, as this will be necessary for tracking. Once they accept, tracking will start at the established times.

Step 5: Access tracking reports

As a coordinator, you will be able to access the reports section and select the tracking report. Here you can see the route that each user has taken during the agreed-upon times, indicating with a black pin their last location update. This information will provide you with detailed tracking of each team member's activities, allowing you to apply filters by users or dates as needed.

And that's it! Now you can track user activities using geolocation in Sytex.
