Materials with MAC Address
When you work with materials, you can categorize them by type, subtype, and other fields. A key setting is Allow serial number, which moves the material in single units and lets you assign a unique serial number to each. From the mobile app, you can scan these codes automatically.
The new MAC field
For materials classified as Equipment that also allow serial number, Sytex added MAC address identification.
If your equipment has this identifier, enter the MAC manually or scan it from the barcode or QR code with the mobile app.
From the app, you can add a new MAC to the material or edit the existing one during a movement.
