Forgot my password
If your session closed or expired and you can't remember your password when you try to get back in, follow these steps to recover access to your account.You can do it from the web or the mobile app.
🪄 Step 1: Start the recovery
On the login screen, choose “Forgot your password?”.You'll see a screen like this 👇
✉️ Step 2: Check your email
Enter your email address in the field and check your inbox.📩 Sender:
notifications@sytex.io🗒️ Subject: Code verification in Sytex💡 Remember to check your Spam or Promotions folder if you can't find it.
🔢 Step 3: Enter the code you received
Copy the 6-digit code from the email and paste it into the verification screen.This lets you move on to creating your new password.
⚠️ The code is valid for 24 hours.If you already had a previous code, click “I already have a validation code”.
🔒 Step 4: Set your new password
Remember the security requirements:
- At least 8 characters .
- At least 1 uppercase letter .
- At least 1 number .
- At least 1 special character (for example:
*,!,?).
🎉 All set
Once you've completed the steps, your password is updated and you can log back in to Sytex 👋🏻
