Repetitive Questions and Groups

¿ What are the repetitive groups?

In Sytex, a repeatable group is a set of grouped questions that can be repeated as many times as the user demands. To do this, simply enter the number of repeatables to create or add one repeatable group at a time by clicking on the "+" button.

¿ When do we use them ?

Often, a Sytex user needs to answer one or several questions while also needing those questions to be repeated multiple times for different objects or activities. To address this need, we have repeatable groups.
Examples where you might need to use repeaters?:
  • You might find yourself in the middle of a maintenance task, and for each antenna on a structure, you may need to answer a certain number of questions. For each antenna that the structure contains, you should generate a repeater and answer what is asked of you.
  • It could be that you perform audit tasks to supervise and give your OK to installation/expansion work on the network. If the technical location where you perform the audit contains a shelter, and you must answer questions for each rack inside, repeater groups will be the best solution.

Once created, you will see it like this!

Finally, we leave you with some recommendations and best practices to optimize your time working with Sytex:
  • The more repeater groups, the more demand for resources on the device (mobile app)
  • Work with the "Sync only with Wi-Fi" option or with the "Offline" mode (work using previously downloaded data)
  • If you have a connection to sync, we recommend enabling synchronization every 20 or 30 completed repeater groups to ensure that your work is backed up
