After several months of hard work, the day has finally arrived!

The new version 3.0.0 of Sytex is now available, featuring a new edition of Field Forms.

We took all your feedback on what we should improve in Sytex, and decided to redo everything, and make it much better!


Work as a Team in Real Time

  • Complete documents alongside your colleagues, both through the app and the web, and instantly receive the changes that the team is making.

More Speed, Lighter

  • The application manages resources in an optimized way, saving battery and processing power.
  • As a result, your phone lasts longer.
  • Moreover, you don't need a high-end phone to perform your daily tasks.

100% Offline Management

  • Focus on completing your activity, Sytex takes care of your connection!
  • If you lose connectivity or have any signal issues, all information is first stored locally on your phone.
  • Once you find connectivity again, it will retry without interrupting or delaying your task. You don't need to have the app open, just running in the background will synchronize.


More Intuitive

  • We thought about how to improve the experience for our technicians with the different types of tasks they perform, and found that the key is speed and quickly navigating to what you need.
  • Therefore:
  • Better Navigation: Move in the navigation bar to instantly go to the question you want.
  • Gestures that Speed Up Your Flow: Swipe down to open the searcher, or swipe up to see the summary of what you're missing. Quickly see what's pending and finish your task.
  • Instant Searchers: Search for pending, rejected, mandatory questions, and more to get to the pending tasks super fast.


Other General Improvements:

  • No More Synchronization Errors!: The most requested by the audience, now synchronization is managed by the app in a much more transparent way and you won't need to decipher strange error codes.
  • Load Repetitions in Moments: The creation of repeatable items is super-fast. We have tested creating 1500 repetitions in less than a second!
  • Your Information is Yours: You quickly have access to all the local photos on your phone and also, the possibility to download a backup on your phone if you wish.
  • Improved Camera: We adjusted the camera so your photos come out just as you see them on your screen.
  • Edit the Form When Possible: Now you will automatically receive form state change updates so you know when you can or cannot edit a form.

And also continuing are the Photos Folder, form tree, and all the features you already know.
