Sytex App 101📱

Once you have logged in, you will have on the main screen a summary of all your assigned pending activities to be performed. You will be able to quickly access them without the need to search for them individually.

The Your tasks section stands out, where cards with activities to be performed are displayed. Ordered by their planned completion date.

You will also be able to access the different modules available from the App: Forms, Tasks, and Materials.

Access to the Tasks module Memo

You will find a summary like the one shown below:
The first cards correspond to the tasks that are closest to their planned end date. You can also perform a search using the search bar, which supports searches by task name, sites, task code, etc.

If you have assigned forms, it is ideal to access them from the task that contains them. Set that task as In Progress, and then navigate to the forms section to start working on them.

The above ensures that everything assigned to you as a user is set in motion to be completed, and you can then move on to the next task in your task tray.

Access to the Forms module

Upon entering the module, a summary of all pending forms assigned to your user is displayed. Additionally, there is a list with a summary of forms ordered by status.
If it is a recently used form, it will appear in your recent forms, and by simply clicking on the card you can start editing it. The search engine is also available, allowing you to use filters from the button located to the right of the search engine, these are: status, template, site, and network element.

Access to the materials module

Just like with forms, you may be assigned tasks that involve Material Operations to be carried out in the field. If so, you can access them from the start menu, or search in the tasks module and then navigate to the material operations section to continue with your work.
Operations have a series of states that must be advanced to reach their final Completed state, depending on the type of movement assigned to you.

For more details about this module, you can visit our post on operations in the app.

You can also access the Materials Catalog from the APP if you are interested in searching for a particular material. You can search by material type or use the general search.
