New developments

• AUTOMATIONS! New functionality to generate automatic actions in Sytex based on events such as completing a form, creating a task, modifying data, and much more! Instructions coming soon.
• For this, we had to redo the entire notifications module, which is now much more configurable.
• New search engines! We are migrating technology and started with the search engines, which are faster and have more features than before. Soon the task and form search engines.
• By public demand: canceled tasks, forms, and workflows are no longer displayed in the magnifying glass!
• A new exporter for Workflow Milestones

• In forms, it is now possible to view the coordinates of photos within tables

In Sytex APP

• We continue to improve the Sytex camera

Features

•  Styles in the task description. Within a WST, you can now use bold, links, and other styles to default the task description format

• Required documents with color identifier in their completed/approved status
• Visual improvement in the search engine and task dashboard that allows you to quickly identify those that are not available
• The Files section of a task now contains icons that make it easy for the user to see that files can be attached right there
