First steps!📢
To start working with Sytex from your smartphone, you will need to download it from the app store, depending on the OS.
In the search, filter by Sytex and start the download.
Once the mobile application is installed, you will need to register. If you are not sure if you have an active Sytex account, contact your supervisor or PM to provide you with the data or request the generation of your user.
The application is constantly developing new features, improvements and correction of possible bugs. It is important that you always use the latest version available, configuring automatic updates.
How do I log in?
When your account is created, an email is sent to the mailbox. From it you can generate your password by accessing the link. Keep in mind that it is valid for 24 hours, after this time you must directly start the process to restore the password from Forgot my password! Following the different steps you can define it.
Keep in mind that the password must meet the minimum security requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one letter
- At least one letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
To enter the App, you must complete the data with your credentials. By clicking on 'Continue' you can enter.
- Email: Your Sytex user email, where you have received an email to generate the password.
- Password: The password you generated.
Remember that your password is only known to you. No one at Sytex or the operator can know or access it.
What do I do if I forgot my password or it says invalid data?
¡Do not despair! With a few simple steps you can recover your password. You must press the Forgot my password! option to start the restoration process.
Automatically, an email with a verification code will be sent to your mailbox.
You must enter the received code, and the new password. Always complying with the indicated safety requirements.
Done! Once the password is recovered, you will have guaranteed access.
Knowing the App 📱
Once you have logged in you will have on the main screen, a summary of all your assigned activities pending to be carried out. You can quickly access them without having to search for them individually.
The section Your tasks stands out, where cards with activities to be carried out are shown. Sorted by their completion plan date.
You can also access the different modules available from the App: Forms, Tasks and Materials.
Access to the Tasks module 📝

The first cards correspond to the tasks closest to due according to their end plan date. You can also perform a search using the search engine, it supports searches by task name, sites, task code, etc.
If you have assigned forms, the ideal is to enter from the task that contains it. Put said task In Progress, and then navigate to the forms section and start working with it there.
This ensures that everything that your user has assigned is put into action to be completed and continue with the next job in your task tray.
Access to the Forms module
When entering the module, a summary of all pending forms assigned to your user is displayed. Then also, a list with a summary of the forms ordered by state.

If it is a recently used form, it will appear in your recent forms, and just by clicking on the card you will be able to start editing it. The search engine is also available, it allows you to use filters from the button to the right of the search engine, these are: state, template, site and network element.
Access to the materials module
As with forms, you may be assigned tasks containing Material Operations to perform in the field. If so, you can access it from the home menu, or search the task module and then navigate to the material operations section to continue your work.

Operations have a series of states, which must be advanced to reach their final state of Completed depending on the type of movement assigned to you.

Also from the APP, you can access the Catalog of materials, if you are interested in searching for a particular material. You can search by type of material, or with the general search engine.
Notifications Section 🔔
From Notifications you can view all the pushes you received, the most common notifications when objects have been assigned to you, status changes, pending approvals, among others.
Directly clicking on the notifications will be directed to the object in question.

Settings Section
From Settings you can edit different options, such as changing your profile picture, language or theme, and also check the version of the installed app.
You will also have access to the different support communication channels and Synchronization.
