Notifications
Sytex allows the configuration of notifications by email or push to its users when an event occurs, such as the approval of a form or the completion of a task.
Configuration
The first thing is to define the object about which we want to send another user or receive a notification, go to its template and select its Notifications section.
Recipients can be specific Sytex users or users who interact in some way with the task, form, or other object from which the notification is fired.
Notification event: Select the event that will trigger the notification. It could be a change of state or change of assignment of the object.
General Options:

).The "Urgent" option prevents the system from grouping several notifications in a single email.
Recipients: Various recipient and specific user options, options depend on object type. These can be people who interact with the object, specific users, or users belonging to an indicated role.
The notification template will give us a different message in the notification received.
