Data Templates

Introduction:
Welcome to this guide where we will learn to use a new feature in the Sytek system: data templates. This feature allows users to generate their own views of the database, selecting the columns they wish to display.
Step 1:
  • To access the data templates, we must go to the settings menu.
  • In the templates section, we will find the data template option.
Step 2: Select the data template option. A search engine will open where you can search for already generated data templates or create a new template from the bottom right.
Step 3: To create a data template, assign a name to the source you are generating and select the source from which you will take the information, such as forms or form responses.
Step 4: The columns are fully customizable. Select which columns you want to display and which ones not. Once the column is selected, you can also modify the order in which you want them to be displayed in the new view.
Step 5: The last step is to select one or several filters to refine the search in the view you are generating.
.1Step 6: All the filters used by the system's form search engine can be used here to perform a more precise search. Once we have selected the filters we want to use, we click on save.
.2Step 7: The system will generate the data template. By copying the data source link, we will be connecting to the system's database or data source views.
Conclusion: We hope this guide has been helpful. If you have any questions or queries regarding this functionality, you can contact us from the support chat. Our team will be available to help you if necessary. Until next time.
