With this Sytex functionality it is possible to control and manage the load of equipment, antennas and other modules that are installed on a tower. In order to create this view we use 3 combined features. These are: * Material operations * Properties of a particular material * New button from stock item within an MO



Material operations

This Sytex object allows you to represent the action of loading materials into an order, editing its attributes and choosing an origin and destination to move them.
Templates can be created to speed up data loading by predefining certain values, and then just adjusting the origin/destination and the items it will contain.


Properties of a particular material

In order to view a material, which is part of a material operation, within the tower equipment section, it is necessary to configure certain attributes.

  • 1st it will be necessary to check the "Tower material" checkbox for each material

This check allows the system to filter only those materials from the rest that the site may have in stock, and then display them in the Equipment tab. It is designed to differentiate important materials from miscellaneous materials that we do not want to see in the tower.

Only Serialized materials that actually have a serial number are admitted.
For this reason, now each material also has a "Automatically generate the serial number" checkbox.

  • 2nd, the material must have dimension data (height and width or diameter) and exposure factor (you will find it in the General Info tab of each material).

  • The properties of each stock/item are the following:
  • Customer
  • Operational Status
  • Broad
  • Height
  • Diameter
  • Azimuth
  • Tower height

The AEV is a data that the system calculates automatically.

  • In order to edit these values, it is necessary to click on the "More information" button on each stock/item of an MO

What should a technician do to impact the stock on site?

  • Simply take the task in the app, take advantage of the new "Deliverables" features to get to the MO and start completing it
  • Load the items, you can search for them within the catalog. Today this methodology does not support working offline. And complete  these data⁠  one by one
  • Once the OM is confirmed, the material begins to be seen in the Tower Equipment tab
