First steps at Sytex

Request user

To request a user, an email must be sent to  support@sytex.io  indicating an email address for said user, its name and whether it is a staff or contractor type user. If you know them, you can also send us the permissions that the new user will need.

It is important that the shared data is correct to avoid mishaps.

How to create your password?

Once you have requested your new user to the email  support@sytex.io  received confirmation that it was generated, you will receive an email like the following:

There you will find your email, company, and a link (“Create your new password here”) where you can access to generate your password. You will also find the links to download the App for both Android and iOS.

When accessing the link, you will find the following screen, where you must define your password:


Remember that the password must meet the following conditions, at least:
  • 8 characters
  • A capital letter
  • A number
  • A non-alphanumeric character, such as an asterisk (*), exclamation point (!), etc.
(An example of a valid password is: Sytex2022**)

Remember: the link expires in one day. If you did not get to generate it from the link, you must go to "I forgot my password"

In the lower left margin you will find a sign with the confirmation of the creation of your password.


Done! You have already generated your password and you will be able to access Sytex
