How to login to Sytex?

Here you can find the sequence of steps to be able to log in both in the Sytex mobile App and in the Web platform. It is very simple and will not require much time. Once you log in, you are ready to work with Sytex.

First, remember that your username is used for both the app and the web (the same username and password for both).

Fields to complete

To enter the App, you must complete the following fields: email and password. By clicking on 'Continue' you can access the App.
  • Email: Your Sytex user email, where you have received an email to generate the password.
  • Password: The password you generated.


Once you have clicked on continue, both in the App and on the web, the logos and names of the companies where you have a user will appear on the screen, it can be one or several.

Remember that your password is only known to you. No one at Sytex or the operator can know or access it.


What do I do if I forgot my password?

Do not despair! With a few simple steps you can recover your password. You must enter the Web platform, complete your email and click on the option Forgot your password?, which is in light blue, below the field to complete the password.
If you choose "Continue", an email will be sent to your email address with sender
 notifications@sytex.io  with a 6-digit code.

Attention! The code expires in 24 hours. If you already had the code, you must click on "I already have a validation code"

Once you receive the code, go back to Sytex, and fill in your email, verification code and your new password.
Remember, it must contain at least:
  • 8 characters
  • A capital letter
  • A number
  • A non-alphanumeric character, such as an asterisk (*), exclamation point (!), etc.
(An example of a valid password is: Sytex2022**)



Done! Once the password is recovered, you will have guaranteed access.
