Clients

Need to organize and manage your Client database?

If you want to centralize information about end Clients or corporate accounts you serve, this module lets you structure and access the key data with ease.
Use Clients in Sytex to organize and centralize key information. Each client acts as an object where you can georeference activities, define parent-child relationships between clients, and attach custom attributes to fit your needs. You can also store details like address, tax status, statuses, and the linked system users.

Clients types

You can preconfigure different client types, defining the  custom fields  that matter for your operation.

How to create a client type

Go to Settings → Locations → Client types. From there you can create, edit, and customize each client type — its name,  status flow , and the custom fields you need.

How to assign a client type

There are two ways to assign a client type:
1️⃣ To an existing client (one that doesn't have a type yet).
  • The custom fields defined for that client type are applied automatically.
  • Fields with the same name aren't duplicated.
  • Pre-existing fields not part of the assigned type aren't removed.
  • For option-style fields, if the choices differ, they're merged into a single question.
2️⃣ When creating a new client, by picking the matching type.
You can assign client types one by one or in bulk through the  import tool .
